• 400g mince (Quorn for vegetarians)
• 1 x large onion
• 1 tablespoon oil
• Salt & pepper
• Paprika (optional seasoning)
Makes 6 burgers
Method:
1. Chop the onion finely
2. In a large bowl, mix the mince, onion, salt, pepper and paprika together
3. Add the oil and mix well
(HINT: Use your fingers to mix to ensure all ingredients are held together by the oil)
4. Divide into sections and flatten into a circular shape
Now they are ready to BBQ!
TIP: Allow the burger to chill in the fridge before cooking to help keep their shape!
