• 70g chorizo
• 1 packet of large prawns
• 2 x packet of savoury rice
• 1 x red pepper
• 1 x red onion
• 800 ml boiling water

Serves 3


1. Chop onion and pepper and fry together in one pan until lightly cooked

2. Fry prawns and chopped chorizo together in another pan until lightly cooked

3. Add 800 ml of boiling water with the savoury rice into a large wok on medium heat

4. Allow rice to boil for approximately 10 minutes

5. Add all the ingredients into the wok and allow to cook through

6. Heat until rice is fully cooked and all water is absorbed
