Lancaster 3rd’s opened the day’s Indoor Football proceedings with a convincing 5-1 win over York.
It was a scoreline that looked unlikely after York took the lead in the first half. But a spirited fightback after half time saw the home team win emphatically, as goals from Chris Barnett, Si Castle, Martin Thorpe and a James Mofunanya brace ensured a 5-1 victory.
