Spicy pepperoni pasta


Serves 2


Dry Pasta

Mushrooms (handful, chopped)

Peppers (any colour, 2 sliced)

Onion (chopped)

Pepperoni (as much as you like)

1 tin of Chopped Tomatoes

Dried Herbs


  1. Boil the pasta
  2. Brown the onions then add mushrooms and peppers
  3. Cook the chopped tomatoes for the sauce and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes
  4. Season with salt and pepper and dried herbs
  5. Add the vegetables and stir well
  6. Add chilli powder to make it spicy to your taste
  7. Slice the pepperoni and add to the pan
  8. Allow to simmer before draining the pasta and combining it with the sauce
  9. Stir well and serve piping hot
