- 1 tablespoon of flour per crepe
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Milk (about 250ml)
- A filling of your choice
Optional: add rum or vanilla extract for sweet crêpes
- Mix the eggs and a bit of the milk
- Sift the flour and mix it in
- Oil the pan for each crêpe and add the batter one by one.
- After one or two minutes flip the crêpe, wait 30 seconds and then it’s done.
- Eat with Nutella sinon c’est moins français!
